Aarti Steels Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Shift In-charge to join our Rolling Mill unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and meeting production targets.

  • Oversee continuous mill HV configuration and blooming mill operations for round, RCS, and flat profiles.
  • Lead and manage the production shift team, including operators, technicians, and other personnel.
  • Troubleshoot online process or operational issues and implement corrective measures to address production delays, quality concerns, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain and declare delays, production, and daily requirements/consumptions.
  • Provide training and guidance to shift personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Aarti Steels Ltd Job Specifications:

  • Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in steel rolling mill operations
  • Designation: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of alloy steel rolling processes, equipment, and quality standards
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Standards: Awareness of Health, Environment & Safety ISO, IATF/QMS Standards
