Aarti Steels Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Shift In-charge to join our Rolling Mill unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and meeting production targets.

Oversee continuous mill HV configuration and blooming mill operations for round, RCS, and flat profiles.
Lead and manage the production shift team, including operators, technicians, and other personnel.
Troubleshoot online process or operational issues and implement corrective measures to address production delays, quality concerns, and operational challenges.
Maintain and declare delays, production, and daily requirements/consumptions.
Provide training and guidance to shift personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Aarti Steels Ltd Job Specifications:

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in steel rolling mill operations
Designation: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of alloy steel rolling processes, equipment, and quality standards
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
Standards: Awareness of Health, Environment & Safety ISO, IATF/QMS Standards
