Total Time Duration – 90 Minutes (120 Minutes for PwBD Candidates)
Negative marking @ 1/3 for each wrong answered
The total no. of candidates to be shortlisted shall be 20 times the category-wise vacancies of posts notified against the RRB as per their merit in CBT – I cum choice of posts.
The normalized score of CBT – I shall be used for shortlisting of candidates for CBT – II as per their merit.

RRB NTPC CBT – II Syllabus

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for Traffic Assistant & Station Master

Qualifying in nature
The candidates need to secure minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the batteries to qualify.
This applies to all candidates irrespective of category and no relaxation in the minimum T-Score is permissible.
Candidates will have to qualify in each of the test batteries of CBAT for considering them for the Traffic Assistant / Station Master.
Question and Answer options only in English and Hindi.
Normalization of marks will be done.
There shall be no negative marking in Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)

Typing Skill Test (Post-wise)

The Typing Skill Test will be qualifying in nature.
Eight times the number of vacancies will be called for typing skill test.
The candidates should able to type 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi on a Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
