Maruti Suzuki Career 2024 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15+ personnel on the shop floor and address concerns promptly.
  • Train and deploy manpower based on skills, ensuring optimal machine and equipment usage.
  • Identify and implement quality improvements using FMEA and lean manufacturing techniques (5S, 7 wastes, Kaizen, PDCA, 7QC, TAKT).
  • Ensure a safe, clean work environment with proper PPE usage.
  • Develop strategies to minimize scrap and repairs, resolving equipment issues.
  • Communicate critical safety, quality, and production issues to management.
  • Oversee engine testing processes (leak, cold, hot tests) and manage testing facilities.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture by monitoring individual and team performance.

  • Expertise in manpower handling and engine & transmission assembly.
  • Knowledge of process quality control, troubleshooting, 5S, and line balancing.
