Maruti Suzuki Career 2024 Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 15+ personnel on the shop floor and address concerns promptly.
Train and deploy manpower based on skills, ensuring optimal machine and equipment usage.
Identify and implement quality improvements using FMEA and lean manufacturing techniques (5S, 7 wastes, Kaizen, PDCA, 7QC, TAKT).
Ensure a safe, clean work environment with proper PPE usage.
Develop strategies to minimize scrap and repairs, resolving equipment issues.
Communicate critical safety, quality, and production issues to management.
Oversee engine testing processes (leak, cold, hot tests) and manage testing facilities.
Foster a performance-driven culture by monitoring individual and team performance.

Maruti Suzuki Career 2024 Required Competencies / Skills:

Expertise in manpower handling and engine & transmission assembly.
Knowledge of process quality control, troubleshooting, 5S, and line balancing.
Experience in production processes with familiarity in ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
