We are urgently looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar.

Qualitek Labs Limited Career Position Overview:
As a Technical Manager at Qualitek Labs Limited, you will oversee the operations of our mineral testing laboratory. Your expertise in managing a team and your deep knowledge of testing methodologies will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our testing services.

Qualitek Labs Limited Recruitment 2024 Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 20-25 laboratory professionals, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with ISO-17025:2017 standards and provide external training to staff as needed.
Testing Expertise: Possess complete knowledge of test methods, measurement of uncertainty, method verification, method validation, decision rules, and all relevant documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Instrument Handling: Expertise in handling and operating advanced laboratory instruments including Bomb Calorimeter, ICP OES, AAS, CS Analyzer, CHNS&O, AFT, XRF, etc.
Documentation: Maintain and oversee all laboratory documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in a NABL accredited laboratory, specifically in the testing of coal, coke, ores, ferroalloys, and fertilizers.
Educational Background: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry.
Training: Must have undergone external training on ISO-17025:2017.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team of 20-25 members, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of test methods and laboratory equipment, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
