Odishajobs– We are seeking an experienced VP of Operations with a strong background in P&L management and expertise in plastic and paint shop operations within the automotive domain (4-wheelers).
Odishajobs: VP Operations with P&L Management Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple plant operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Extensive experience in setting up plastic and paint shops, and optimizing plant performance.
- Lead greenfield projects and drive operational excellence across multiple plants.
- Managing P&L for various plant operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in multiple plant management, with a focus on P&L management.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to 4-wheeler manufacturing setups, especially in plastics and paint operations.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate across India.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹40 – ₹60 LPA.
