✅ Experience: 8–10 years in the Iron & Steel industry (scrap yard operations)

🎓 Academic Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Diploma/Graduation

🔧 Skill Requirement: Proficiency in managing heavy equipment, crane operations, scrap segregation, safety compliance, and inventory systems
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day scrap yard operations

Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams

Ensure proper segregation, stacking, and utilization of scrap

Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
-
Manage manpower, cranes, and heavy machinery operations
