We’re excited to welcome a dedicated and experienced professional to our HR team as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Training & Performance Management Systems (PMS). This role is integral to our commitment to continuous learning and growth within our company.

Satyam Auto Components Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training & Development: Design and develop comprehensive training systems that cater to the needs of our dynamic workforce.
  2. Training Calendar: Prepare and maintain an effective training calendar to ensure that all employees have access to necessary learning opportunities.
  3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documents and records in alignment with ISO (Quality Management System) standards.
  4. Performance Management: Execute and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to help our team members reach their full potential.
  5. Monthly Reviews: Organize monthly performance management reviews with Vertical Heads/HODs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
  6. Data Management: Maintain a detailed database of department-wise Balanced Scorecards (BSCs) for all employees.
