Position Details:
Designation: Assistant Engineer / Engineer – Purchase
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Production; MBA – Procurement
Location: Bhimasar – Kutch, Gujarat
Salary: As per experience and qualification
Days of Working: 6 Days
Responsibilities:
- Send raw material inquiries to various suppliers of HR Coil & Coating RM.
- Collect quotations and confirm technical requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Compare quotations.
- Get approval from BUH on quotations.
- Develop new suppliers.
- Send updated status of purchase orders to HOD & Business Head.
- Maintain Quality Complaint register, Credit Note register, and pending issues.
- Maintain raw material purchasing documents and provide them to the concerned department.
- Review supplier performance.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
- Identify training needs of department personnel.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth workflow.
- Review purchase order status.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Prepare and submit PRM & MRM data to MR.
- Prepare and submit Board Meeting data to BUH.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
