Jai Balaji Group Recruitment 2024 Key Responsibilities:

Shift Supervision: Oversee electrical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the DRI division.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Address any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during shift operations.
Team Management: Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
