JSW recruitment 2024 is conducting a walk-in drive for the Sr. Manager/AGM  at our JSW BPSL, Jharsuguda ,plant.

Company: JSW-BPSL, Netrabandha Mines

Position: Sr. Manager/AGM – Land Liaison & Acquisition

Urgent Requirement:

Responsibilities:

  • Land Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee land acquisition processes for mining and steel plants.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Manage land records, titles, and leases.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to resolve land-related disputes.
  • Liaison with Government and Local Authorities:
    • Act as a bridge between the steel company and government agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
    • Facilitate permits, approvals, and clearances related to land use, environmental regulations, and infrastructure development.
  • Community Relations:
    • Build positive relationships with local communities affected by mining operations.
    • Address community concerns, conduct outreach programs, and promote social responsibility initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with landowners, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate the mining plans, address grievances, and ensure transparency.
  • Environmental Compliance:
    • Collaborate with environmental departments to ensure land use aligns with sustainability goals.
    • Monitor environmental impact assessments and mitigation measures.
  • Public Relations and Communication:
    • Develop PR strategies to enhance the company’s image.
    • Handle media inquiries, press releases, and crisis communication.
