Chemist – Raw Material/Finished Goods

Power Plant Unit:

Solar Maintenance Engineer
Shift In-charge – O&M

HR Department:

Sr. Manager/Manager IR & Admin
Executive – PMS, OD & L&D

Other Units:

Spectro Incharge – SMS
RMHS Manager – Ferro Alloys Unit

Qualifications and Experience:

General Requirements:

Relevant experience in the specified field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Specific Requirements:

Electrical Roles: Electrical engineering background and experience in electrical maintenance
Process Roles: Experience in process management within the Sponge Iron industry
Solar Maintenance: Experience in maintaining solar power plants
HR Roles: Experience in Industrial Relations, Administration, Performance Management Systems, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development
Chemist: Experience in chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods in the Sponge Iron industry
